of the Second part or their order the amount of
     the said note together with the interest aforesaid
     according to the tenor and effect thereof and
     shall also pay to the parties of the Second part all
     Cost and expenses including reasonable attorneys 
     fees Should they be forced to Collect said Note***

     this obligation to become null and void else to
     remain of full force and virtue.
