         "Release of Mortgage"
Know all men be these Presents That I John M. Adams
of the City of Monroe of the County of Monroe and
State of Michigan Do hereby Certify That a certain
Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the Thirty first day
of January one thousand eight hundred and Eighty one
made and executed by Fred E. Bradley (Bachelor) of
Waldo in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part to John M. Adams of the
City of Monroe County of Monroe State of Michigan
party of the first part^ filed for record February 14 1881
and Recorded in the Registers office for the County
of Alachua State of Florida in Liber "E" of Mortgages
on pages 642, 643 & 644 the Third day of March one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty one to Secure the
payment of Four thousand dollars in five years
from the date thereon with interest at the rate of
Seven per cent per annum payable semiannually
until fully paid at the City of Monroe Michigan
