for the Sum of One hundred and fifty Nine dollars
at the time the Same shall fall due and indulgence
shall thereafter be given, shall also pay all interest
thereon after maturity to accrue according to the
legal tenor and effect of said promissory note; And
shall also pay all reasonable attorneys fees and
Charges for the foreclosure of this Mortgage
which fees we hereby agree to pay in the event a
foreclosure hereof shall become necessary, then this
instrument to become wholly null and void and of
no further effect otherwise the same shall be and
remain in full force and virtue=
