 Levi Hutchinson to Bryson Robb

State of Florida  }
County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that I Levi
Hutchinson of the County of Alachua and the State of Florida for
and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand paid
and my present indebtedness at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents hath bargained sold and delivered and by these presents doth
bargain sell and deliver to Bryson Robb of said County one Grey mare
mule & all the crops grown in the said County of every character and
description my present indebtedness being Ninety five 25/100 Dollars
To Have and to Hold the said bargained property to him the said
Bryson Robb and his heirs forever waiving all homestead exemptions
to the same hereby warranting and defending the title to the same against
myself and all other persons whatsoever. Signed Sealed and
delivered this the 26th day of July 1882
