as follows to wit:
We Certify that this is one of the bonds issued under the
provisions of the trust deed mentioned within
       Union Trust Company of New York

Now Therefore this Indenture witnesseth that the said Company party
of the first part in consideration of the premises and of one
dollar lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid
by the said Trustee at or before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
and in order to Secure the due and punctual payment of
the principal and interest of the bonds aforesaid has
granted bargained sold aliened transferred assigned Con-
veyed and Confirmed and by these presents does grant bargain
alien transfer assign convey and Confirm unto the said The
Union Trust Company of New York and to its Successor or
Successors in the trust hereby Created and assigned.
All and Singular the railroad of the party of the first part
extending from Fernandina to Cedar Keys and from
Waldo to Lake Panasoffka, with a branch to Silver Spring
a distance of Two hundred and Thirty-Eight (238) miles
more or less now constructed and the extensions thereof
proposed to be hereafter Constructed to Tampa with a
branch to Brooksville and a Branch to Indian River
being about Two hundred and Twenty (220) miles in addition
to the said Two hundred and thirty Eight miles, together
with the land and roadway upon which the said rail-
road including the branches and the said extensions to
Tampa, Brooksville and Indian River is or shall be laid
and the superstructure and rails laid or to be laid thereon
and all the appurtenances thereof, whether now owned by
said Railroad Company or hereafter to be acquired by it
and all the sidings turnouts bridges ways and right of way
and premises whatsoever, with the improvements thereon now
or hereafter belonging or appertaining to or provided or
used or intended to be used for the purpose of or in Con-
nection with the said railroad including the branches and
extensions as aforesaid and all the depots and stations and
depot grounds now or hereafter belonging or appertaining
to said rail road including the branches and extensions
aforesaid and all lands and real estate now owned or here-
after acquired held used or designed to be used for
such depot grounds and all the building and repair
shops Car houses engine houses and other buildings and
structures whatsoever now or hereafter belonging including
