described property unto the said Geo M. Whetstone
his heirs and assigns forever. Provided However, That If
I my heirs or assigns by the first day of November next
shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the
said Geo M. Whetstone his heirs or assigns the sum of all
such advances as may then be due as aforesaid to the
amount of Eight hundred and fifty 00/100 dollars purchase
money and in case of foreclosure I will pay all costs
including complainants attorneys fee, then the estate
