accretions made to the Same to the possession of the said party
of the first part its Successor or successors and the said
party of the Second part its successor or Successors Trustee as
aforesaid Shall in Case of such default if the same
shall Continue for six Months as aforesaid after or
without entering upon and taking such possession
upon the written request of the holders of one fourth
in amount of such bonds then outstanding proceed
to sell the said railroad, estate, real and personal
Corporate rights and franchises and all the premises
and property hereby mortgaged or agreed or intended
so to be, and all benefit and equity of redemption
therein of the same party of the first part its Successor
or assigns to the highest bidder at public auction
at some place in the State of Florida near the line of
said railroad first giving notice of the time and
place of such intended sale by advertisement to be
published at least once in each week in one of the
daily Newspapers printed in the City of New York
State of New York and one Newspaper published
in each of the Cities of Amsterdam Holland and
London England for the term of Sixty days im-
mediately prior to the said day of sale; and shall
Convey the said property to such purchaser or
purchasers or assigns free from all and Singular
the trusts hereby Created and without liability on the
part of the said purchasers to See to the applica-
tion of the purchase money thereof; and the said party
of the second part its Successor or successors in the
trust for the time being as the attorney of the said
party of the first part its Successors or assigns by
these presents so duly authorized Constituted and
appointed shall execute to and deliver to the pur-
chaser or purchasers or their assigns a deed of said
premises rights franchises property and privileges
which shall Convey to him or them a full valid
and indefeasible title to the said railroad, premises,
rights, franchises, property and privileges and all the
estates, real and personal movable or unmovable
herein described and hereby mortgaged and Conveyed
or agreed or intended so to be, which shall be a
perpetual bar to any Claim or demand thereto
or any part thereof by the said party of the first
part its Successors or assigns or any person, Corpo-
ration or Corporations Claiming or to Claim under
them or either of them. Or the said party of the Second
part its Successor or Successors Trustee is aforesaid
after or without entering upon and taking such pos-
