made and expenses of the trust and of sale and in-
demnity as aforesaid and if but a portion of the property
shall be sold such price as in the judgment of the
Trustee shall be reasonable; nothing in this provision
Contained shall in anywise prohibit or forbid any of
the holders of bonds secured hereby from bidding at
the sale or from purchasing the property or any part
thereof upon such sale.
It is further agreed that whenever and as often as the
said party of the first part its Successors or assigns
shall acquire any franchises land equipments or other
property or interest of any kind for the use of or in
Connection with its Railroad or for the purpose of its in-
corporation the said party of the first part shall and
will hold and possess the same and every part and parcel
thereof upon and subject to the lien and trust of this inden-
ture, and in Case the said party of the first part its
Successors and assigns Shall hereafter receive or acquire
lands and other property, and the said party of the
second part its Successor or Successors in behalf of
the holders of bonds Secured by this mortgage or deed
of trust shall request the same, the said party of the
first part and its Successors and assigns will at its
or their expense from time to time execute and deliver
any and every such other mortgage or deed of trust
or further assurance Covering the land or property so
received or acquired which shall be necessary to hold
and bind the Same subject to the trust and lien
Created by this indenture and as Security for the
payment of the principal and interest of the bonds
hereby authorized to be issued as herein before expressed.
And that it shall and may be lawful for the said party
of the first part its Successors or assigns at any time
or times hereinafter to exchange for other property or
sell any part of the Premises hereby Mortgaged except
the said railroad which may not be necessary for the
uses and purposes of said railroad and to Convey
the same. Provided the said party of the second
part its successor or successors shall consent to Such
exchange or sale; and the party of the second part its
successor or successors may on the request of the
party of the first part execute all necessary releases
for that purpose the party of the first part Covenant-
ing that the proceeds of any sale so made shall be
invested by it either in the improvement of the rem-
aining part of the mortgaged premises or in the pur-
chase of either property real or personal for the uses
of its railroad which property so purchased as also
