Hall County } Know all men by these presents that I
W. Lassiter do hereby acknowledge the full and Com-
plete settlement satisfaction and payment of that certain
indenture of Mortgage given me on the 10th day of
February AD 1880 by Mary S. & W.N. Sheats of Alachua
County Florida and recorded February 11th 1880 in Mor-
gage Book "E" at pages 276 & 277, records of said
Alachua County State of Florida and I the said
W. Lassiter for and in consideration of the sum of
Four hundred and fifty nine Dollars to me in hand
paid do hereby Cancel Satisfy and amend the said
Mortgage and the note Secured thereby all all and every
the rights privileges and interests therein and do hereby
authorize empower and instruct the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Alachua County Florida to cancel and satisfy
the said Mortgage in full on the records of said
County & State in pursuance of the statute in such
case made and provided. Witness my hand and seal
this 13th day of March AD 1882
