State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents that whereas Martha J. Bogar
Alachua County } & F.H. Bogar of the above State and County is indebted to
S. Smallwood & J.R. Smallwood of the State Ills and County of Macon
in the sum of Three Hundred dollars which said sum is covenanted to be
paid by Two certain promissory note bearing date one March 22 & Aug 10th 1882
and for the said sum of Three Hundred dollars bearing interest at the rate
of Eight per cent. Now therefore to better secure the payment of said notes
and interest as expressed therein we do by these presents grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said S. Smallwood and J.R. Smallwood heirs and assigns
all our right title interest and claim of in said land in Alachua County
Florida. Also the following described property to wit Part of lot Ten in
Sec 12 Tp 9 & R 20 East described and bounded as follows beginning at a
Stake (6) Chains North of the South East corner of said lot and
running Thence Ten (10) chains to a stake thence North 14
