Fourteen chains to North west corner of said lot thence East Ten (10)
chains Thence South fourteen (14) to the place of beginning containing
fourteen (14) acres To Have and To Hold all above bargained and
sold unto the said S. Smallwood & J.R. Smallwood heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless that if the said
M.J. Bogar & F.H. Bogar Should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the said S. Smallwood & J.R. Smallwood the full amount of said note
together with the interest according to its tenor and effect then this instrument
to be void else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed that should it become necessary to enforce this instrument by
legal proceedings the said M.J. Bogar & F.H. Bogar will pay therefor all
attorneys fees charges and expenses. In Witness Whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals this 10th day of Aug

Know all men by these presents that Whereas I Isaac Green of above
State and County am indebted to G.K. Broome of the same State
and County in the sum of Sixty Two & 76/100 dollars lawful money of the
United States which said sum is expressed in one certain promissory note
bearing date 15th April 1882 and for the said sum of Sixty Two & 76/100
dollars together with interest at ____ Now therefore to better secure said
G.K. Broome in full payment of said note and interest as expressed
I do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
G.K. Broome his heirs and assigns all my right title interest and
claim of in and to all the crops of whatsoever Species kind or
description now growing or which may hereafter be planted grown
or gathered by me or for me, or for my benefit on or off of any and
