all lands in Alachua County Florida Also the following described property to wit:
one (1) Sorrel Horse called Charley Blaze in face Stocking feet aged about
7 yrs said Horse now hired to Edward Johnson for the year 1882 also one (1)
Jersey wagon To Have and to Hold all and singular the crops lands and
personal property above bargained and sold unto the said G.K. Broome his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless that if the
said Isaac Green should well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto
the said G.K. Broome the full amount of said note together with the
interest according to its tenor and effect this instrument to be void
else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
that should it become necessary to enforce this instrument by legal
proceedings the said Isaac Green will pay therefor all attorney's fees
charges and expenses. In Witnesses Whereof I hereunto set my hand and

State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into and on this
Alachua County   } the Thirteenth day of March AD 1882 Witnessed that
Arnold Thigpin in consideration of the sum of Forty one 45/100 already
advance by and now due to L. Wertheim agt by the said Arnold Thigpin
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and for the further 
consideration that the said L. Wertheim agt Shall and will such further
reasonable amount of advances in provisions merchandise and plantation
supplies as may be necessary to enable the said Arnold Thigpin to
make harvest and to prepare for market crops of all kinds during the
year AD 1882 such further dvances not to exceed One hundred and
Ten dollars and for the further consideration of one dollar in hand
paid by me doth grant and bargain sell and convey unto the
the said L. Wertheim Agt and his heirs and assigns all the
right title interest and claim of the said Arnold Thigpin his
executors administrators of in and to all the crops of whatsoever Species
kind or description now growing or which may hereafter at any time
