in the future be planted grow or gathered by me or for me or for my
benefit on or off of any and lands in Alachua County until the debt
hereby secured with interest is fully paid to have and hold all and
singular the crops and lands and personal property above bargained
and sold unto the said L. Wertheim her heirs executors and administra-
tors and assigns forever. Provided nevertheless that if the said Arnold
Thigpin Shall and will truly pay or cause to be paid unto the Said
L. Wertheim agt the full amount of the advances heretofore made and
hereafter to be made with the charges for commissions and interest
on the same then this obligation to be void else to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that all amounts
heretofore advanced are due and payable upon delivery of the goods
therefor it shall bear interest accordingly and this instrument may
be enforced at any time at the option of the said L. Wertheim agt
and it is hereby further agreed that should it become necessary to
enforce this instrument by legal proceedings the said Arnold Thigpin
will pay all attorneys fees and charges
