said sum of money is covenanted to be paid by a
certain promissory note bearing even date herewith
for the sum of Eight Hundred dollars due six (6)
months after date payable to Mrs. Margaret Blake 
on order with interest from date at the note of
(15%) fifteen per cent per annum from date until paid
with the privelige of Setting & paying up said note within
60 days if so desired with the interest to that date
only, And whereas I am desirous of fully and better
securing the payment of said note and the Sum of Mon-
ey mentioned therein. Therefore Know all men by these
presents that I the said Thomas E. Taylor for and in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said Mrs. Margaret Blake her
heirs and assigns all the the following described
piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
The West half of Section No Twenty Four (24)
and the North half of the North East Quarter
of the said Section No Twenty Four (24) the Said
