being in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty-
One (21) East Containing Four hundred (400) acres of land
more or less. 
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and
to hold the Same unto the said Mrs Margaret Blake
in fee Simple absolute forever. Provided however and these
presents are upon this express Condition that if the said
Thomas E. Taylor and his heirs or assigns shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum of money Covenanted
to be paid by said note together with the interest to accrue
thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this obli-
gation shall become null and void else to remain
in full force and virtue And it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said Thomas E. Taylor or his
heirs or assigns will pay all expenses Costs and attor-
neys fees with the said Mrs Margaret Blake may be
put to in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on
this 14th day of August AD 1882
