 Charles P. Perry To J.A. Goodenough

Alachua County   } Whereas I Charles P. Perry of
Arredondo Alachua Co State of Florida justly indebted
to J.A. Goodenough of Brattleboro Windham Co Vermont
in the Sum of One thousand dollars which said
Sum of money is Covenanted to be paid by Certain
promissory notes bearing even date herewith one for the
Sum of Five hundred (500) Dollars and payable in
one year from date with the annual interest of Eight
per cent and one for Five hundred (500) dollars
payable in two years from date with annual interest
of Eight pr Cent - And whereas I am desirous of fully
and better securing the payment of said note and
the Sum of money mentioned therein, Therefore know
all men by these presents that I Charles P. Perry of
the said State of Florida County of Alachua for and
in Consideration of the premises and of the Sum of one
dollar to me in hand paid have granted bargained
and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and Convey unto the said John A. Goodenough of
the State of Vermont and County of Windham
town of Brattleboro his heirs and assigns all the fol-
lowing described piece parcel or tract of land to wit:
Situate and lying in Section fifteen (15) and twenty two
(22) Township (10) South Range (19) East and particularly des-
cribed as block Two (2) of the Survey of the town of Orange
