City now called Hammock ridge bounded on the South by
the A.G.& W.I.T. Companys Rail Road on West by block One
(1) owned by Cessna & Perry on the North by block Five (5)
and on the East by block Three (3) also the whole of
block Five (5) bounded on the South by Block Two (2)
on the West by block four (4) and on the North by land
owned by Mr Moody and the East by the Same Con-
tained each block Five acres more or less and known
upon the public record as block Two (2) & Four (4) of
Orange City and situated in Section fifteen and
Twenty Two Township (10) South and Range Nineteen (19)
of the public Chart for the State of Florida and
further known as the residence of said Chas P. Perry
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging To have and to hold
the same unto the said John A. Goodenough of
Brattleboro County of Windham State of Vermont
in fee Simple absolute forever Provided however and
these presents are upon this express Condition that if
the said Charles P. Perry of Arredondo Alachua County
State of Florida his heirs or assigns shall well and
truly pay or cause to be paid the Sum of money Covenanted
to be paid by said Notes together with the interest to accrue
thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this obli-
gation shall become null and void else to remain in
full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said Charles P. Perry of the town
County & State above stated will pay all expenses, Costs
and attorneys fees which the said J.A. Goodenough
of the above mentioned place may be put to in enforcing
the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of money Covenanted
to be paid by said Notes by foreclosure or otherwise

the foregoing Conveyance who being first duly questioned
and examined by me separate and apart from her said
husband says and acknowledges before me that she
did sign the said Conveyance for the purpose of re-
leasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right
