quarter of Section Number Fourteen Township No
Eight south of Range Twenty one east Conveyed
May 31st 1872 by deed from ozia s Buddington &
wife to Emma A. Smith and also known on the
recorded map of Brannings addition to Waldo as
Lot three (3) Block Six (6) Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements hereditaments and appur-
tenaces thereunto belonging. To have and to hold
the Same unto the said Amy L. Place in fee
Simple absolute forever. Provided however and these
presents are upon this express Condition that if the
said Thomas B. Smith or M. Entenza their heirs or
assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid
the sum of money Covenanted to be paid by said
note together with the interest to accrue thereon accor-
ding to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed
and stipulated that the said Thomas B. Smith
and M. Entanza will pay all expenses Costs and
Attorneys fees which the said Amy L. Place may
be put to in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid
Sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise
