sum of money mentioned therein, Therefore know all men by these Presents
that I John A. Buntin for and in consideration of the premises and of the Sum
of one Dollar to me in hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Mrs Roxey Case
and her heirs and assigns all the following piece parcel or tract of land
to wit: That lot or parcel of land with the buildings and other improvements thereon
and known and described as Lot Number One (1) of section Number six (6)
in Township Number Nine (9) South Range Range Number Twenty two (22)
East containing Forty acres more or less. The aforesaid land lying and being
in Alachua County in the State of Florida Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have
and to hold the same unto the said Mrs Roxey Case in fee simple forever
Provided however and these presents are upon this express consideration that
if the said John A. Buntin or his heirs or assigns shall well and truly
pay or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted to be paid by said
note together with the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor
thereof then this obligation shall become null and void else to remain in
full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that
the said John A. Buntin will pay all expenses costs and attorneys fees
which the said Mrs Roxey Case maybe put to in enforcing the collection
of the aforesaid sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note
by foreclosure or otherwise. In Witness Whereof he has hereunto set his hand
and affixed his seal on this Eighth day of April AD 1882

State of Florida } This Indenture made the twenty first day of August in the
County of Alachua } year one thousand eight hundred and eighty two between
Edward A. Jeffords and Mary E. Jeffords his wife of the first part and W.D.
Dickinson of the second part all of the State and County first above
written Witnesseth, That whereas E.A. and Mary E. Jeffords parties of
the first part are Justly indebted to W.D. Dickinson party of the
second part in the sum of Four hundred dollars ($40000} lawful money
