the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have
and to Hold the same into the said J.R. Crawford in the simple absolute
forever. Provided however and these presents are upon this express considera=
tion that if the said Fannie Haines and Irvin Haines their heirs or
assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of Money
covenanted to be paid by said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation shall become null
and void else to remain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed and Stipulated that the said Fannie Haines and Irvin Haines
will pay all expenses costs and attorney's which the said J.R. Crawford
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or otherwise.

Irvin Haines the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who being
first duly questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that
she did sign the said conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her separate estate in and to
the land in said conveyance described and that said relinquishment
and renunciation of separate estate was done and made by her
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
