990 feet to a post marked A1: thence E 361 feet to a stake thence S 906 feet
thence W about 153 feet to a fence: thence with said fence North westwardly
to a corner marked O being 455 feet S of the Stake marked A1: thence W to the
waters of orange Lake to a Stake marked X on shore of the lake: thence E
to the South gate post leading into Grove: thence N with the present
fence about 400 feet to the fence on the N Side of Grove thence E 759 feet
to the beginning it being the orange Grove property conveyed to the said
J. Adger Clark by Geo R. Fairbanks and wife by deed bearing date
the 2nd day of January AD 1882 and recorded in the Public Records
of Alachua County Florida in Book "N" pages 12 et seq To Have and to
Hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of land with all the appurtenances
thereunto belonging unto the said W.R. Penniman Jr and his heirs to his
and their only use and behoof forever. In Special Trust and Confidence
nevertheless and for the following purpose to wit: the security of the said
Note of One Thousand Six Hundred and fifty Dollars aforesaid and when
the said note shall fall due and shall not be paid it shall be the
duty of the said W.R. Penniman Jr Trustee to sell the property hereinbefore
described at public auction upon the premises to the highest bidder
for cash after giving the said J. Adger Clark ninety days notice of said
sale and thirty days advertisement of the same in any newspaper published
in the Town of Gainesville Florida and from the proceeds of the said
sale the said Trustee shall pay the expenses of the same; then the
said note and all interest due Thereon and the balance if any he shall
pay to the said J. Adger Clark. In Testimony whereof the said J. Adger
Clark hath hereunto set his hand and seal this 25th day of August
AD 1882

State of Florida } Know all men by these Presents That Whereas J.B. Waples
Alachua County   } of the above State and County is indebted to G.D.
Younglove & Son of the same State and County in the sum of Sixty
Five dollars which said sum is covenanted to be paid by a certain
promissory note bearing date Sept 19th 1882 and for the said
Sum of Sixty Five dollars bearing interest at the rate of 8%
