   R. Burt to H.F. Dutton & Co
           "Mortgage"
Know all men by these Presents That I R. Burt of the
town of Gainesville of Alachua County and State of Florida
for and in consideration of Seventy five dollars to me in hand
paid by H.F. Dutton & Co of the town of Gainesville County of
Alachua State of Florida do sell and convey to the said H.F.
Dutton & Co the following goods and chattels to wit, thre upholstered
Chaires two upholstered arm Chaires one upholstered Sofa one
Marble top table and thirty five yards of Brussells Carpeting
warrented free from incumbrances and against any adverse claims
upon condition that if the said R. Burt pay to said H.F. Dutton & Co
Seventy five dollars in ninety days agreeable to a promissory note
of this date for that sum Payable to H.F. Dutton & Co or order on 
demand this deed shall be void otherwise in full force and
effect. The aforesaid parties agree that until the conditions of
this Instrument is broken the said property may remain in
possession of said R. Burt but after condition broken the said H.F.
Dutton & Co may at their pleasure take and remove the same and
may enter into any building or premises of said R. Burt for that
purpose Witness our hands and seals this twenty first day of August
