Laura L. Dell, and John B. Dell, To W.W. Loring
          "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and entered
into, by and between Laura L. Dell and John B. Dell her
Husband of the County and State aforesaid, parties of the
first part, and W.W. Loring of the same place party of 
the second part.  Witnesseth that the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars to them in hand paid by the party of the second 
part, as well as for better securing the payment of Two
certain promisory Notes, herein after set forth.   Hath
granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth by
these presents grant bargain sell and convey and con-
firm unto the said party of the second part, and to
his heirs and assigns the following described real
estate to wit:  all those certain Lots tracts or parcels
of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida and known and
distinguished as follows, to wit:  Fractional part of section
Nineteen (19) containing Three Hundred and Sixty one 79/100
acres, Fractional part of Section (20) Twenty containing Six
Hundred and Twenty Eight 74/100 acres (62874/100) acres all in
Township (8) Eight Range (19) Nineteen East, also a tract of
land containing (852) Eight Hundred and Fifty two acres
known as part of the Domingo Fernandez Grant in said Coun-
ty and State and described by Bennet M. Dell Charles J.
Prevatt and George Watson Jr. Commissioners appointed
by law to partition the same as follows, to wit:  Therefore
let a line be run, from the South West corner "A" of John M.
Sanchez Grant, perpendicularly upon the middle line of the
Fernandez Grant and let this be the boundary line between
Fernandez and Ledwith, Beginning at said line proceed
by the West of John W. Sanchez Grant, around the N.W. corner
Thence Eastwardly sufficiently to embrace the share
of S.D. Fernandez and let this share be bounded by a
line running as near as practicable from the N.E. corner
