State of Florida and particularly described as commencing at the
North West corner of Section Four (4) in Township Ten (10) South of
Range Twenty (20) East thence South to Robeadoes corner thence East to
the run of "sweet-water Branch" thence along the run of said "sweet
water Branch" South to within Fifteen (15) feet of "D.M. Fingers corner
reserving a road way to said Branch along D.M. Fingers line
distant one hundred (100) yards to within Fifteen (15) feet of Van-
landinghams corner or line, reserving a road way to said Branch
thence up the Branch Fifteen (15) feet, thence West to the place of
beginning: Saving excepting and reserving that certain part or
portion of the above described tract of land which has heretofore
been conveyed to R.L. Wilson and which is described as follows
to wit: Beginning at the said North West corner of said section Four (4)
in Township Ten (10) South of Range Twenty (20) East running south
Three (3) chains and Eighteen (18) Links, thence East to the run of "Sweet water
Branch" thence up the run of said Branch to the section line thence West
along said section line to the point of beginning containing Four acres of
land more or less= Together with all and Singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining. To have and to Hold the same unto him the said George
W. Sparkman and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
Provided always nevertheless and this instrument is executed and delivered
upon this expressed condition, that if we the said John B. Dell and Laura
L. Dell or either of us shall and do well and truly pay unto the said
George W. Sparkman the full amount of each of the said two promissory
notes at the times and dates when they and each of them falls due
together with all interest thereon to accrue according to their legal
tenor and effect, and together also with all reasonable attorneys fees
and costs and charges for the foreclosure of this Mortgage in the event
a foreclosure thereof becomes necessary which attorneys fees costs and
charges we hereby covenant and agree to pay in the event this Mortgage
should be foreclosed then this instrument to become wholly null
and void otherwise to be and remain in full force and virtue

private examination that she did sign, seal execute and deliver
the foregoing Mortgage of her separate estate for the uses and
