August Eighteen hundred and Eighty two before me the undersigned
notary Public in and for said County and State duly commissioned
and qualified came R. Burt who is known to me to be the same
person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument of
writing as party thereto and he acknowledged the same to be his
act and deed for the purpose therein mentioned.

       R. Burt to H.F. Dutton & Co
              Mortgage
                Gainesville Fla July 17 1882
Know all men by these presents that I R. Burt of the town of
Gainesville County Alachua State of Florida for and in the
consideration named Fifty dollars ($50.00) to me in hand paid by
H.F. Dutton & Co of the town of Gainesville County of Alachua
State of Florida aforesaid do sell and convey to the said H.F.
Dutton & Co the following goods and chattels to wit, one piano
Benning & Rix makers warrted fre of incumbrances and any
adverse Claims upon condition that the said R. Burt pay to
said H.F. Dutton & Co Fifty (50) dollars Sept 17 1882 agreeable to
a promissory note of this date for that sum payable to Said
H.F. Dutton & Co or order on demand this deed shall be void
otherwise in full force & effect. The aforesaid parties agree
that until the conditions of this instrument is broken the Said
property may remain in the possession of said R. Burt but after
conditions broken said H. Dutton & Co may at their pleasure
take and remove the same and may enter into any building or
premises of said R. Burt for that purpose
