         William F. Flynn to Joseph W. Coburn
                         Mortgage
 State of Florida } Whereas I William F. Flynn of Gainesville in
Alachua County    } the aforesaid State and County am indebted
unto Joseph W. Coburn of the City of Boston in the State of
Massachusetts in the sum of Two hundred and fifty ($250.00}
Dollars cash this day loaned to me by the said Joseph W. Coburn
and for which said sum of money I have made and delivered unto
the said Joseph W. Coburn my promissory note bearing even date
with these presents payable one year after the date thereof
and bearing interest from date at the rate of Twelve (12) per cent
per annum - and whereas I am desirous of well and fully securing
the payment of said promissory note with all interest to accrue
thereon according to its tenor and effect - Now therefore know
all men by these presents that I the said William F. Flynn for and
in consideration of the premises and of the said Sum of Two Hundred
and fifty dollars so owing by me to the said Joseph W. Coburn by
my said promissory note have granted bargained sold, conveyed
and Mortgaged: and by these presents do grant bargain sell
convey and mortgage unto him the said Joseph W. Coburn all of
that certain Lot block tract piece or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the Western portion of the Town of Gainesville
in Alachua County State of Florida particularly described as
follows to wit: the East half of Block No Five (5) of "Browns Addition"
to said Town of Gainesville the said tract of land being a part of
the North half of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10) South of Range
Twenty (20) East it being the same lot or tract of land heretofore
conveyed to the said W.F. Flynn by M. O'Hara containing Five (5)
acres of land more or less= Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in anywise appertaining=To Have and to Hold the same unto
him the said Joseph W. Coburn and to his heirs executors administra
