is executed and delivered upon this expressed condition that if I the
said William F. Flynn Shall and do well and truly pay or cause to be
paid the full amount of the said promissory note for the Sum of Two
Hundred and fifty Dollars together with the interest thereon to accrue
at the rate of Twelve (12) per cent per annum from the date thereof at
the date the said note falls due according to its legal tenor and effect
and shall and do well and truly pay all reasonable attorneys fees
costs and charges for the foreclosure of the Mortgage in the event a
foreclosure thereof should become necessary to Collect the same (which
reasonable attorneys fees costs and charges I hereby under the provisions
hereof promise and agree to pay in the event it should become necessary
to enforce this instrument by foreclosure.) then this instrument to
become wholly null and void else to remain in full force and

State of Florida } Know all men by these presents that I Cathrine
Alachua County   } A. Redish and my husband Samuel Redish of the
aforesaid County and State for and in consideration of the sum of One
hundred and fifty dolls to us in hands paid by William P. Boulware
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt where = we
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said William
P. Boulware all of that certain lot piece tract or parcel of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly known and described as follows to wit: the North half
of the South East Quarter of the North West quarter of Section (20)
