  S.D. Robinson To Geo L. Bryant
                  "Mortgage"
I Saml D. Robinson being indebted to Geo L. Bryant of
Alachua County Florida in the Sum of Eighty five Dollars
which he holds a Note of even date with these presents. Now
for the better securing said debt and Note I do bargain
sell and deliver unto the said Geo L. Bryant his heirs and assigns
forever all the Crops of whatkind soever grown planted or
Cultivated by Me in Alachua County Florida during the
Year 1882 And also on one Sorrel Mare about Nine Year old
Called Pet To Have and To Hold the above described property
unto the said Geo L. Bryant his heirs and assigns forever Provided
However that if I My heirs or assigns shall and do well
and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Geo L. Bryant
his heirs or assigns by the first day of November Next the
sum of Eighty five Dollars which he holds a Note for
of even date and in Case of Foreclosure I will pay all
Costs including Complainants Attorneys fee then the Estate
hereby Credited shall determine In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set My hand and seal this 28th day of February
