Alachua Counry   } Whereas We Kate M. Denton and Henry
Denton her husband are Justly Indebted to
L.F. Wetzler of the County of Centre and State of
Pensylvania in the Sum of Three Hundred Dollars which
said sum of Money is Covenanted to be paid by one Certain
promisorry Note bearing even date herewith for the sum of Three
Hundred Dollars payable twelve Months after date with
interest from date at the rate of Eight per Cent per
Annum and Wheras We are desirous of fully and better securing
the payment of said Note and the sum of Money Mentioned
therein Therefore Know all Men by these presents that we
Kate M. Denton and Henry C. Denton her husband for and
in Consideration of the premises and the sum of one Dollar
to me in hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey Unto
the said L.F. Wetzler his heirs and assigns All the fol-
-lowing described piece parcel or tract of land towit:
Lying and being in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua
and State of Florida and particularly known as the North
half of Block four Range Six as shown by the Survey
of the Town of Gainesville in the County and State aforesaid Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to thereunto belonging To Have and To Hold the Same unto the Said
L.F. Wetzler in fee simple absolute forever: Provided however
and these presents are upon the express Condition that if the said
Kate M. Denton and Henry C. Denton her husband her heirs and assigns
shall Well and truly pay or Cause to be paid the sum of Money
Covenanted to be paid by said Note together with the interest
to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this
obligation shall become Null and void else to remain in full
force and Virtue and it is hereby further agreed and stipulated that the said
Kate M. Denton and Henry C. Denton will pay all expenses
Costs and attorneys fees which the said S.F. Wetzler May be
put to in enforcing the Collection of the aforesaid sum of Money
Covenanted to be paid by said Note by foreclosure or otherwise
In Witness Wherof We have hereunto set our hands and affixed our seals on this
