all the notes shall become due and payable as of the date of the
default made. And Whereas we are desirous of fully and better securing the
payment of said notes and the sum of money mentioned therein therefore
know all men by these presents that we Levi Hutchinson and Adelia
Hutchinson his wife for and in consideration of the premises and of the
sum of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted bargained and sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Dora
T. Cromwell her heirs and assigns all the following described piece parcel
or tract of land to wit Lots Five(5) and six (6), Situate lying and being in the
North half of section Six of Township Ten South of Range Twenty East in the
Arredondo Grant and known as the Thomas Napier Tract west of the
Town of Gainesville beginning at a stake on the steet west of W.H. Robertsons
lot running West ten chains to a Stake thence North ten chains to
a Stake thence East Ten chains to a Stake thence South Ten Chains
to a Stake the point of beginning and containing Ten acres more or
less the same being lands this day bought of the said Dora T.
Cromwell and this Mortgage being given to secure the purchase money
therefor Together with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging. To have and to hold the same unto the
said Dora T. Cromwell in fee simple absolute forever Provided however and these
presents are upon this express condition that if the said Levi Hutchinson
his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid the
sum of money covenanted to be paid by said note together with
the interest to accrue thereon according to the legal tenor thereof
then this obligation shall become null and void else to remain
in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and
stipulated that the said Levi Hutchinson will pay all expenses
costs and attorneys fees which the said Dora T. Campbell may
be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of money
covenanted to be paid by said notes by foreclosure or otherwise

1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Adelia Hutchinson wife of
Levi Hutchinson the grantor in the foregoing conveyance who
being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said conveyance for the purpose of releasing
relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of Dower in and to
the land in said conveyance described and that said relinquish=
ment and renunciation of Dower was done and made by her
voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
