forever All those Certain Lots of land lying and being in
the town of Waldo County of Alachua State of Florida
and known as Lot X and Lot Y Lot H Lot I Lot M and
Lot N in Sparkmans addition to the town of Waldo.
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining and reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof: And
also all the estate right title interest seperate Estate
property possession Claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel there-
of with the appurtenances. To have and to hold the above
granted and described premises unto the Said party of
the Second part her heirs and assigns to their own proper
use benefit and hehoof forever. Provided always and
these presents are upon this express Condition that if the
Said Rebecca A. Sturgess and her husband William
Sturgess their heirs executives or administrators shall
well and truly pay unto the said party of the second part
her heirs executors administrators or assigns the said Sum
of money and interest mentioned in said promissory note
according to the true intent and meaning thereof together with
all costs Charges and expenses in recording or otherwise
which the said party of the Second part may incur or
be put to in collecting the Same by foreclosure or
otherwise and also all Lawyers Fees that these pre-
ents and the estate hereby granted shall cease determine
and be absolutely null and void. And the said parties
of the first part for themselves and their heirs executors
and administrators doth Covenant and agree to pay
unto the said party of the second part her heirs executors
administrators or assigns the aforesaid note of one
hundred and fifty dollars with interest from date and
all costs Charges and expenses which the party of the second
part may incur or be put to in Collecting the same by
foreclosure, recording Lawyers Fees or other expenses
