Isabella H. Fletcher & Thos H. Fletcher are justly indebted
to Mrs Roxey Case party of the second part in the
Sum of Five Hundred Dollars lawful money of the
United States of America according to a note in the
following words and figures to wit:

       Two years after date we promise to pay Mrs Roxey
Case or order the sum of Five hundred Dollars bear-
ing interest from date at the rate of ten per cent per
annum value received "this 7th day of October AD 1882.

Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for the better securing the payment of the said
sum of money mentioned in a Certain note for Five hundred
Dollars and also for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Five dollars to us in hand paid by the said party of
the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release Convey and Confirm
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs
and assigns forever, All Lots No Two (2) and Seven (7)
in Section Six (6) Township Nine (9) South of Range
Twenty Two East (22) Containing Eighty acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements heredita-
ments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders issues and profits thereof: And
also all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as equity
of the said parties of the first part of in and to the Same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances.
To have and to hold the above granted and described prem-
ises unto the said party of the Second part her heirs and
assigns for her own proper use benefit and behoof forever.
Provided always and these presents are on this express Con-
dition that if the said Isabella H. Fletcher and her
husband Thos H. Fletcher their heirs executors or adminis-
trators shall well and truly pay unto the said party of the
second part her heirs executors administrators or assigns
the said Sum of money of a Certain note for the
Sum of Five hundred Dollars with interest at 10 pc
together with all Costs Charges and expenses which
the said party of the second part may incur or be put
to in Collecting the Same by foreclosure at the
