and the estate hereby granted shall Cease determine and be
absolutely null and void. And the said parties of the first
part for themselves and their heirs executors and administra-
tors do Covenant and agree to pay unto the Said party of
the second part her heirs executors administrators or
assigns the Said Sum above mentioned and all
Costs charges and expenses that the party of the second
part may incur or be put to in Collecting the same by
foreclosure. In witness whereof the said parties of the

Isabella H. Fletcher wife of the above named Thomas
H. Fletcher do by these presents made and executed by
me separate and apart from my said husband and in
the presence of Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the
State of Florida acknowledge and declare that I did
make myself a party to and executed the foregoing
Mortgage Deed for the purpose of Securing the payment
of this and renouncing and releasing my right of Dower
&C in and to the lands in said Deed Described and
Mortgaged and that I have done the Same freely vol-
untarily and without any Compulsion or restraint of
or from my husband the said Thomas H. Fletcher.
In Witness Whereof I hereunto Subscribe my name

personally appeared before me Saml J. Kennard
a Justice of the Peace of Sd C County & of the State of Florida
the above named Isabella H. Fletcher to me well known
as the wife of Thomas H. Fletcher and as one of the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Mortgage
deed who being at the time separate and apart from
her said husband, the said Thomas H. Fletcher did
then and there make and execute the foregoing acknowl-
edgement her name being with her own hand sub-
scribed and her seal affixed in my presence.
