four months after date for fifteen hundred and Sixty
three Dollars one due five months after date for
fifteen hundred and sixty three Dollars all of
which said drafts are dated the 14th day of March
1882 and are accepted by said T.A. Darby & Co in
payment to said J.R. Mitchell & Co of money due
to said J.R. Mitchell & Co by said Geo W. Moody
now if the said party of the first part shall furnish
and pay over to the said parties of the second part
the necessary amounts of Money to pay off and disch-
arge the amount due by said drafts of J.R. Mitchell
& Co accepted by said parties of the second part
as they shall become due and payable and in case of
default being made by said party of the first part in
furnishing said money as before agreed he shall pay to
said parties of the second part all the Costs and Expenses
including reasonable attorneys fees that may be paid
or incurred by said parties of the second part in and
about the foreclosing of this mortgage. Then these 
presents shall be void and of no effect else to remain
in full force and virtue. And whereas the said parties
of the second part have furnished the said party of
the first part with goods wares Merchandise and provis-
ions and money to enable him to Carry on and Conduct
the business of timber geting and conveying to Market and
will Continue to supply him with such goods and
merchandise and money and provisions for carrying on
said business the said party of the first part hereby con-
sents and agrees that the said parties of the second part
have and shall have a statutory lien upon all the logs
and timber Cut and got out by the said party of the
first part to the full amount of said advances of
goods money and merchandise. And the said party
of the first part hereby agrees that he will deliver
all the logs and timber that he now has or hereafter
may Cut or have Cut to said parties of the second
part to be accounted for by them to the said
party of the first part at a price which has been
agreed upon by the parties hereto. In testimony
