and delivered upon this expressed Condition that if I the
said Peter M. Oliver shall do well and truly pay or cause to
be paid the full amount of the said promissory note for 
the Sum of Two hundred Dollars together with interest to
accrue thereon at the rate of 10% per annum from date
thereof at the date the said note falls due according to its
legal tenor and effect and shall do well and truly
pay all reasonable Attorneys fees Costs and charges for
for foreclosure of this Mortgage in the event of a foreclo-
sure thereof should become necessary to collect the
Same (which reasonable Attorney fees costs and charges
I hereby under the provisions hereof promise and agree
to pay in the event it should become necessary to enforce
this instrument by foreclosure} then this instrument to
become wholly null and void else to be and remain
in^full^force and virtue. In witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed hereunto my seal
this 17th day of October AD 1882
