lowing described piece parcel or tract to wit:
The West half of the SE Quarter of Section Twenty Two
(22) and SE Quarter of SE Quarter of Section Twenty Two
(22) and the NE Quarter of the NW Quarter of Section Twenty
Seven (27) Township Eight (8) South Range Eighteen (18)
East Containing one hundred and Sixty acres more or
less, Together with all and Singular the tenements he-
reditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
To have and to hold the Same unto the said Mrs Sarah
A. Stringfellow in fee simple absolute forever
Provided however and these presents are upon this ex-
press consideration that if the said William M. Thomas
his heirs or assigns shall well and truly pay or cause to
be paid the Sum of money Covenanted to be paid by
said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor thereof then this obligation
shall become null and void else to remain in full
force and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed and
stipulated that the said William M. Thomas will
pay all expenses Costs and attorneys fees which the
said Mrs Sarah A. Stringfellow may be put to in en-
forcing the Collection of the aforesaid Sum of Money
Covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or other-
wise In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal on the 20th day of October AD 1882
