St John Kirkham and Company and to their heirs and
assigns forever Provided nevertheless and this instrument
is executed and delivered upon this expressed Condition
that if we the said F.W. Fontane and B.W. Fontane or either
of us shall and do well and truly pay the full amount
of the said three promissory notes aforesaid at the times
the same shall respectively fall due or on demand of
the said St John Kirkham and Company together with
all interest thereon to accrue then this obligation to become
wholly null and void otherwise to be and remain in full
force and virtue.

Separate property freely and voluntarily and without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension or fear of or
