  Julia B. Cessna and Wm K. Cessna to Aaron J. Hinds
                          'Mortgage

Alachua County   } Whereas we Julia B. Cessna and William K.
Cessna wife and husband are Justly indebted to Aaron J. Hinds
in the sum of Five hundred dollars which said sum of money
is covenanted to be paid by our certain promissory note bearing even
date herewith for the sum of Five hundred dollars and due and payable
on or before the 6th day of November AD 1883 with interest from date
at the rate of ten per cent per annum - And whereas we are
desirous of fully and better securing the payment of said
note and the sum of money mentioned therein Therefore know
all men by these presents that we Julia B. Cessna and William K.
Cessna wife and husband for and in consideration of the premises
and of the sum of one dollar to us in hand paid have granted bargain-
ed and sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said Aaron J. Hinds and his heirs and assigns all the
