following described pieces parcels or tracts of lands to wit the same being
a portion of the "D.L. Clinch Grant" of one thousand acres of land lying in
Township Ten (10) Range Twenty (20) S & E and particularly described as
follows to wit: commencing at a Stake which is ten (10) chains South four
degrees forty five minutes West of the North West Corner of the said "D.L. Clinch
Grant of one thousand acres" thence from said Stake south four degrees
forty five minutes West Eight (8) chains and Seventy (70) Links to a Stake: thence
South Eighty five degrees fifteen minutes East Eleven (11) chains and fifty (50) links
to a stake thence North four degrees forty five minutes East Eight (8) chains and
Seventy (70) links to a Stake thence North Eighty five degrees fifteen minutes
West Eleven (11) chains and fifty (50) links to the place of beginning and
containing ten (10) acres of land more or less. Also another piece parcel or
tract of land to wit the same being a portion of the "D.L. Clinch Grant of
one thousand acres of land lying in Township Ten (10) South of Range
(20) East and particularly described as follows to wit: commencing at a
Stake which is four (4) chains and thirty one (31) links South four degrees
forty five West of the North West corner of the said "D.L. Clinch Grant of one
thousand acres" thence from said stake South Four degrees forty five minutes
West Five (5) chains and Sixty nine (69) links to a Stake thence South
Eighty five degrees fifteen minutes East Eleven (11) chains and forty Three
(43) links, thence North Four degrees forty five minutes East Five (5) chains
and sixty nine (69) links to a Stake thence North Eighty five degrees fifteen
minutes west Eleven (11) chains and forty three (43) links to the place of
beginning containing six acres and a half of land more or less
the land herein intended to be conveyed being an undivided one
half interest in all of the above described lands. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging To have and to hold the same unto the said Aaron J.
Hinds in fee simple absolute forever. Provided however and these
presents are upon this express condition that if the said Julia B. Cessna
and William K. Cessna wife and Husband their heirs or assigns shall
well and truly pay or cause to be paid the sum of money covenanted to
be paid by said note together with the interest to accrue thereon
according to the legal tenor and effect thereof then this obligation shall
become null and void, else to remain in full force and virtue
And it is hereby further agreed and Stipulated that the said Julia
B. Cessna and William K. Cessna wife and Husband will pay all
expenses costs and attorneys fees which the said Aaron J. Hinds
may be put to in enforcing the collection of the aforesaid sum of
money covenanted to be paid by said note by foreclosure or
otherwise- In Witness Whereof We have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this Sixth day of November AD 1882
