AD 1882 before me personally appeared Mrs Julia B. Cessna wife
of William K. Cessna the grantor in the foregoing conveyance
who being first duly questioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband says and acknowledges before me
that she did sign the said conveyance for the purpose of
releasing relinquishing and renouncing all of her right of
Separate property in and to the land in said conveyance described
and that said relinquishment and renunciation of Separate property
was done and made by her voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said husband

  Paullen Hague and husband to George K. Broome
                       Mortgage
State of Florida  } Whereas we Paullen Hague and her husband
County of Alachua } H.B. Hague of above State & County are Justly
indebted to George K. Broome of same State & County in the sum of
Ninety Two and 30/100 Dollars which said sum is covenanted to be paid
by one certain promissory Note bearing date 30th day october AD
1882 which said note is in the following terms to wit:
$9238                         Gainesville Fla 30thOctober 1882
     Twelve months after Date We Jointly and severally promise
to pay G.K. Broome or order the sum of Ninety Two &30/100 Dollars
Value Received. If not paid at maturity subject after that
date to Interest @ fifteen pr cent pr annum

and whereas we are desirous of fully and better securing the payment
