said Doane for taking care of the same But if the same or any part
thereof shall be attached or claimed by any other person or the said
Powell shall attempt to sell or remove any part thereof out of the
County without the consent in writing of said Doane or assigns or if
default shall be made in payment of said note of for advances made to
said Powell after this date Then it shall be lawful for Leander C.
Doane or assigns to take full and immediate possession of all of

                        "Agreement"

      On or before the 18th day of February AD 1883 we promise to pay
to the order W.W. Loring the sum of One Hundred Dollars for value
received with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from date and
we do hereby consent & agree that this sum be embodied in covered
by and made a part of the Mortgage given by us to W.W. Loring on
the 18th of Feby 1882 and recorded Mch 1st 1882 in Mortgage Book "F"
pgs 3,4 & 5 and that this be a lien upon the real Estate contained in
said Mortgage and that said mortgage may be foreclosed to pay
this as also the other amounts therein set forth
