of said amount therefore know all men by these presents we Paulleen
Hague & H.B. Hague her husband have granted bargained sold and conveyed
& by these presents do grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the
said George K. Broome the following described Real Estate and personal
property to wit: that certain Lot or parcel of land Lying & being in
Alachua County State of Florida more particularly known and described
as follows to wit: The South West Quarter of the South East Quarter
of Section Eleven (11) South of Township Eight (8) of Range Nineteen
(19) East containing Forty Acres more or less-
To Have and to hold all and singular the Tenements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining in fee simple forever
also the following personal property One Chesnut Sorrel mare Horse
Five years old (named Mollie} also all crops to be planted
or grown by and for our benefit off or on any lands in Alachua
County until said note is fully paid according to its tenor & Effect
Provided nevertheless and this instrument is upon this Express
condition that if said Paulleen Hague and her Husband H.B. Hague
shall pay or cause to be paid said amt as expressed in said note
together with all interest that may accrue thereon then this instrument
to be void else to remain in full force & virtue And we hereby
further agree should it become necessary to foreclose this
instrument at law or Equity we will pay all attorney's fees and
expenses of any nature which said G.K. Broome may be subjected
to. In Witness Whereof we hereunto subscribe our hands and
affix our seals this 15th day of November AD 1882

that the condition therefor was & is for the Benefit of
said separate estate & property this 15th day November
