Joseph A. Winslow To Alpha B. Snavelly
             "Mortgage"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas Joseph A. Winslow of
Fairmount Grant County and State of Indiana is
justly indebted to Alpha B. Snavelly and Sylva M.
Snavelly his wife in the sum of Seven Hundred dol-
lars which said Sum of money is covenanted to be
paid by a Certain promissory note bearing even date
herewith for the sum of seven hundred dollars said
note being payable one year after date with lawful
interest from date of said note waiving exemption
and appraisment laws and whereas he being desi-
rous of fully and better securing the payment of said
note and the sum of money mentioned therein.
Therefore know all men by these presents that the
said Joseph A. Winslow for and in Consideration
of the premises and of the Sum of one dollar to him
in hand paid have granted bargained and sold and by
these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey
unto the said Alpha B. Snavelly and Sylvia M. Snavelly
his wife their heirs and assigns all the following des-
cribed piece parcel or tract of land to wit: The
North East Quarter and the East half of the
North West Quarter of Section Sixteen (16) Town
Eleven (11) and Range Eighteen (18) East Containing by
