estimation Two hundred and forty (240) acres -
more or less Together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there-
unto belonging. To have and to hold the same unto the
said Alpha B. Snovelly and Sylvia M. Snovelly his
wife in fee simple absolute forever. Provided how-
ever and these presents are upon this express Con-
dition that if the said Joseph A. Winslow his heirs
or assigns shall well and truly pay or Cause to be
paid the Sum of money Covenanted to be paid
by said note together with the interest to accrue
thereon according to the legal tenor thereof then this
obligation shall become null and void else to rem-
ain in full force and virtue. And it is hereby further
agreed and stipulated that the said Joseph A. Win-
slow will pay all expenses Costs and attorneys fees
which the said Alpha B. Snovelly and Sylvia M. Snovelly
may be put to in enforcing the Collection of the afore-
said sum of money Covenanted to be paid by said
note by foreclosure or otherwise.
