County is indebted to G.D. Younglove & Son of the Same
State and County in the sum of one hundred & Twenty
Seven & 25/100 dollars which said sum is Covenanted to be
paid by his Certain promissory note bearing date Nov-
25th 1882 and for the sum of ($127.25/100) dollars bearing in-
terest at the rate of one per Cent per month. Now therefore
to better secure the payment of said note and interest
as expressed therein I do by these presents grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said G.D. Younglove & Son their
heirs and assigns all my right title interest and claim
of in and to all the crops of whatsoever species kind
or description now growing or which may hereafter be
planted grown or gathered by me or for me or for
my benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua
County Florida. Also the following described property
to wit: (1) one Black horse Ball faced about (8) years old
one Bay horse (4) years old and one Cart.
To have and to hold all and singular the Crops and
personal property above bargained and sold unto
the said G.D. Younglove & Son their heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever. Provided Neverthe-
less that if the said Joseph Stone should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said J.D. Younglove
& Son the full amount of said note together with the
interest according to its tenor and effect then this
instrument to be void else to remain in full force
and virtue. And it is hereby further agreed that should
it become necessary to enforce this instrument
by legal proceedings the said Joseph Stone will
pay therefore all attorneys fees charges and expenses

Joseph Stone sign seal and deliver the foregoing
instrument of writing for the uses and purposes
