This Indenture made the 27th day of November
AD 1882 between Saml D. Smoke and G.E. Smoke of New-
nansville in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Eli Futch of the town of La-
Crosse in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the second part; Witnesseth that the said parties
of the first part in Consideration of the Sum of
Three hundred dollars to them in hand paid
