benefit on or off of any and all lands in Alachua
County Florida Also the following described property
to wit= One Bay Mare mule To have and to hold
all and singular the crops lands and personal
property above bargained and sold unto the said
Saml D. Smoke his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever Provided nevertheless that
if the said Saml Williams Should well and
truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said
Saml D. Smoke the full amount of said note
together with the interest according to its tenor
and effect then this instrument to be void, else
to remain in full force and virtue. And it
is hereby further agreed that should it become
necessary to enforce this instrument by legal pro-
ceedings the Said Saml Williams will pay therefore
all attorneys fees Charges and expenses
