assigns forever All those Certain pieces parcels or tracts
of land Situated lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and described as follows to wit: The north
West quarter of the North West quarter The South half of
the north west quarter and the north half of the South
West quarter of Section Fifteen Township Ten South
range Twenty East being the property of the said
Charles S. Snowden and the north half of the South west
quarter of Section Fifteen Township Ten South
Range Twenty East being the property of the said 
E.L. Snowden. Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof And also all the estate right title interest
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the Said parties of the
first part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances. To have
and to hold the above granted and described premises
unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns to his and their own proper use benefit and
behoof forever Provided Always and these presents are
on this express Condition that if the Said parties
of the first part their heirs executors or admin-
istrators Shall well and truly pay unto the said party of the
Second part his heirs executors administrators or assigns the Said
Sum of money mentioned in said promissory note with interest accor-
ding to the true intent and meaning thereof together with all
Costs charges and expenses including reasonable attorneys
fees and Commissions which the said party of the
Second part may incur or be put to in collecting the same
by foreclosure or otherwise and shall pay all taxes and assess-
ments levied or assessed on Said mortgaged premises and
Shall Comply with all the covenants contained in the mortgage
and pay all the moneys Secured thereby that then these
presents and the estate hereby granted Shall cease determine
and be absolutely null and void, and the said parties of
the first part for themselves and their heirs executors
and administrators do hereby promise covenant and
agree to pay to the said party of the second part
his executors administrators or assigns the said sum of
money and interest as mentioned in said promissory note and
Secured to be paid as aforesaid And if default shall be made
with payment of the Said promissory note or if the interest that
may become due thereon or any part thereof shall
be     due and unpaid for the space of then and from
