Josepine Kibby and Edward O. Kibby To Fielding P. Chamberlain

State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas we Josephine Kibby and Edward O.
Kibby are justly indebted to Fielding P. Chamberlain in the Sum
of Two Hundred dollars which said sum of money is
Covenanted to be paid by one Certain promissory bearing even
date herewith for the Sum of Two Hundred Dollars
And Whereas we are desirous of fully and better securing
the payment of Said note and the sum of money mentioned
therein
Therefore know all men by these presents That we
Josephine Kibby and Edmond O. Kibby for and in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar
to us in hand paid have granted bargained and Sold
and by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said Fielding P. Chamberlain his heirs and
assigns all the following described piece parcel or tract
of land to wit: All that certain lot or parcel or tract
lying and being in the Town of Gainesville County of Alachua
and State of Florida More particularly known and des-
cribed as follows to wit: Commencing at a Stake Twenty
three and a half (23 1/2) Chains east from the half mile
Stake of the western boundary line of Section Five (5)
each chain Containing Sixty Six (66) feet thence running

   For value received I hereby acknowledge full
and complete satisfaction of within Mortgage
