grade of the So called Tampa RR Thence in a north westerly
direction bordering on the line of said RR Four Hundred and
Fifty Five feet (455 ft) and from thence in a south westerly di-
rection to the place of beginning Except a strip twenty four feet
(24 ft) wide along the last named Course reserved for a Public
Highway Said piece of land being in the Town of Waldo and
Containing two acres more or less Together with all and
Singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
And also all the estate right title interest and seperate estate
property possession Claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the Said parties of the first part of in
and to the Same and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances To have and to hold the above
granted and described premises unto the said parties of
the Second part their heirs and assigns for their own
proper use benefit and behoof forever Provided always
and these presents are on this express condition that
if the Said Mary E. Phillips and Zephania Phillips their
heirs executors or administrators shall well and truly pay
unto the said parties of the Second part their heirs
executors administrators or assigns the said sum of
money mentioned in the aforesaid Promissory note accor-
ding to the true intent and meaning thereof with interest
together with All costs charges and expenses which the
Said parties of the Second part may incur or be put to
in Collecting the Same by foreclosure or otherwise that
then these presents and the estate hereby granted Shall
Cease determine and be absolutely null and void
And the Said parties of the first part for themselves and
their heirs executors and administrators do covenant and
agree to pay unto the said parties of the second part their
heirs executors and administrators or assigns that they will pay
the aforesaid (one hundred and fifty dollars) Promissory
note and all Costs Charges and expenses the parties
of the Second part may incur or be put to in Collect-
ing the Same by foreclosure or otherwise
